Last week my feelings toward 2022 were rather gloomy. I'll admit that 2021 knocked the optimism right out of me. 😩
But, once I did what I'm about to share with you in today's episode, I regained my sunny disposition and I'm ready to embrace a New Year. The secret is to actually ALLOW your negative emotions.
Of course, this is easier said than done.
That's why I am going to walk you through the steps of processing your negative emotions so that you can actually cultivate and enjoy your positive emotions and achieve your God-given desires. It's important for us all to realize that no matter how hard we try, we can not do the will of God or reach any of our goals, no matter how noble they are, from negative emotions.
That's what I want to talk to you about today. You can't beat yourself up enough. There's no amount of shame or frustration that will do the trick either. That's why it's so important to process those feelings BEFORE you switch thoughts and try to adopt the mind of Christ.
In this episode, I'll share:
Whether you're all set for the New Year or glaring at the calendar like it's a city bus that speeds through a pothole covering you in cold, wet, gray slush, 😩 this episode is going to dry you off and prep you for the year ahead.

Remember, a little truth goes a long way in gaining clarity and experiencing a breakthrough.
Of course, I can't give you the truth because no one can. The truth is not somewhere outside of you. But I do know how to help you find it within you.
My job as a coach is not to tell you what you should do or give you the answers you've been looking for. My job is to help you tune into that still small voice within and trust Christ within.
In one coaching session, I can help you identify the major lies you've believed that keep you stuck and help reveal the truth that will set you free.
Each session begins with a prayer asking the Lord to be with us in this sacred space as we ask for wisdom and understanding. Then, I ask thoughtful questions that allow you to access the answers within yourself.
One of my private clients is about to get married in February, and she said to me yesterday, "How do people do this without a coach? I am so glad I have someone I can share all of this with because you can't just dump this kind of emotional stuff on your friends week after week."
And it's true.
It's crucial to have good friends who will provide a shoulder to cry on, but the role of a coach is different from the role of a friend.
Through coaching, you can explore your mind and heart. You can say the things you think are crazy and rattle around in your brain all day without fear of judgment. Most importantly, you can trust that I will support you in honoring your God-given desires.
Usually, my coaching is specifically around romantic love and getting married. Still, at this time of year, I would be more than happy to help you with any issue that you're currently dealing with and any goal that you would like to achieve.
Experience the difference coaching can make for yourself by booking your session today. My calendar has extended hours to accommodate you but these rates and times end on Jan 9th, so don't delay.
Of course, if you're not completely happy with your session, just let me know at the end, and I will refund your investment.
The thing that motivates me the most is empowering you to make decisions that are good for you and bring glory to God. I believe that you are more than capable of achieving your God-given desires, whatever they may be, and I hope you will let me help you.
No contract or commitment. Just an opportunity to personally experience what a Christ-centered coaching session can do for you.
I promise you'll love it!
